Below are a few things you can try:

  1. In the app, go to Settings and make sure the sound is on.
  2. Check the volume on your device, on the left side of the device adjust your volume up/down.
  3. Your device may be on mute. Check the ring/silent button located above the volume switches.
  4. Disable Bluetooth. The audio may be sent to the Bluetooth device and not the speaker.
  5. Open the quick menu, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and make sure the audio is on.
