- In the app, go to Settings and make sure the sound is on.
- Check the volume on your device, on the left side of the device adjust your volume up/down.
- Your device may be on mute. Check the ring/silent button located above the volume switches.
- Disable Bluetooth. The audio may be sent to the Bluetooth device and not the speaker.
- Open the quick menu, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and make sure the audio is on.
The app has no sound using iOS.
