The app continues to freeze or crash using Google Play. What can I do?

Over a period of time, the cache will pile up and you may notice the app is running slow, freezing or crashing frequently. Here is what you need to do:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap on Apps (App Manager, Manager Apps, depending on the Android device)
  3. Find the JumpStart Academy app and tap on it
  4. Next, tap Clear Cache
  5. Tap Force Stop
  6. Go back to the Home Screen and launch the app again.
